Meet Tom!
I started Plumstone Welshcakes back in 2021, first selling Welshcakes from an honesty box outside my house. It soon became apparent that my delicious home baked Welshcakes were in high demand. Tourists and Residents in Pembrokeshire kept me very busy.
Flash forward a few years, I am now working alongside Nolton Cross Farm Shop, where I continue to bake an incredible range of delicious and unique welshcake flavours.

2025 Rising Star
It was a great achievement to win the Rising star award at the Wales food and drink awards 2025. I am working very hard to put Welshcakes on the map so this recognition is a sign that we’re going in the right direction and I wouldn’t have gotten this far without the support from all of my amazing customers!

When visiting Wales I bought a pack of Plumstones traditional Welsh Cakes from a shop in town and they were delicious. The next day I went to buy another pack to take home with me but was disappointed to hear they were sold out until a few days later (the day after I had to leave). I did the only logical thing to do in that situation and just order more to come to my house, 10/10 excited to try different flavours in the future. Thank you Tom
Brilliant flavour with just a hint of Cinnamon. Hard to see how they could be improved but maybe just a little more moist and they would be perfect. In saying that, they are still the best Welsh Cakes we have had in a very long time.

I ordered a Mother’s Day gift box from Plumstone Welsh Bakes for my mum. It’s extra special because the ashes of both her parents, from Haverfordwest, are scattered at Plumstone Rock.
She loved the gluten-free Welsh cakes - she and my dad took them to Plumstone for a picnic! She also said how much she loved all the lovely treats too.
